This page explains how to permanently delete an Our Services business account and related data. Use this URL for Google Play's account deletion requirement.

1. Delete in the app (recommended)

If you are the business owner:

1. Open the Our Services mobile app and sign in as the owner
2. Go to Settings
3. Choose Delete business
4. Confirm by typing the business name when prompted

Deleting the business removes that business and its associated data from our systems (customers, team members for that business, appointments, estimates, invoices, and related records), subject to short-term backups and legal retention where required.

2. Delete by email

If you cannot use the in-app flow, email us from the address associated with your account:

Email: our.services.2025@gmail.com

Include:

• Business name
• Owner phone / login used in the app
• A clear request to delete the business and associated data

We will verify ownership and process the request. We aim to complete deletion within 30 days of verification (often sooner).

3. What is deleted

• Business profile and branding
• Users tied to that business (owner / employees / customers for that tenant)
• Operational data (appointments, estimates, invoices, services, etc.)
• Uploaded assets for that business (e.g. logos), where stored by us

4. What may remain temporarily

• Backups for a limited period before they are overwritten
• Records we must keep for legal, tax, or fraud-prevention reasons
• Owner plan / SMS pack billing records held by Stripe (cancel subscriptions in Plan & billing on the website as well)
• Stripe Connect / customer payment records held by Stripe under their retention policies

5. Cancel your subscription

Deleting the business does not automatically cancel a paid plan. Cancel Pro / Enterprise on ourservices.net under Plan & billing so you are not billed again. SMS message packs are one-time purchases under Reminder & Messaging (they are not a separate subscription to cancel).
