This page describes the Our Services Customer Notifications text messaging program operated by Our Services ("we," "us," or "Our Services") at ourservices.net.

Our Services sends the SMS messages. Texts come from the Our Services app / platform (delivered via Twilio). This is a first-party transactional messaging program for Our Services — not third-party affiliate marketing, lead generation, or selling consent lists.
Messages begin with "Our Services:" so recipients know who is texting them. A message may also name the service provider scheduled in the app (for example, your appointment with ABC Plumbing) so you know what the reminder is about.
Example: Our Services: Hi Rick — your appointment with ABC Plumbing is on 07/25/2026 at 10:00 AM. Reply STOP to opt out.
Informational / transactional messages about activity in your Our Services account relationship, such as:
We do not use this program for unsolicited marketing to people who have not opted in, affiliate lead generation, or sharing mobile opt-in data for others to market to you.
Message frequency varies based on your scheduled services and account activity. Message and data rates may apply.
You must consent before Our Services texts you. Consent is to receive SMS from Our Services. Consent may be collected verbally (for example when you book or confirm service). Example script:
"Hi [Customer], this is about Our Services texts. Our Services can send you appointment reminders and service updates by text from the Our Services app. Messages start with Our Services and may mention your service provider (for example ABC Plumbing). You may also get estimate or invoice links. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP anytime to opt out, or HELP for help. Terms: https://ourservices.net/legal/terms Privacy: https://ourservices.net/legal/privacy. Would you like to receive text messages from Our Services? Please say Yes or No."
If you say Yes, Our Services may send a confirmation text. Consent to receive SMS is not a condition of purchasing goods or services.
Businesses that use the Our Services app must accept our SMS program terms before enabling texts and may only request texts for customers who have consented to Our Services messages.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, except as necessary to operate the messaging service (for example, delivery via Twilio). We do not sell, rent, or transfer SMS consent to other companies so they can text you.
Mobile numbers are used by Our Services only to deliver the consented transactional messages described above.
Messages may include links to estimate, invoice, or payment pages on ourservices.net that relate to your service. These links are transactional.
