1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Our Services (the mobile app and website at ourservices.net), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. The Service

Our Services is a business operations platform for scheduling, customers, estimates, invoices, team management, and related features — including optional email and SMS notifications to customers who have consented. Features available to you depend on your plan (Free, Pro, or Enterprise) and permissions set by the business owner.

3. Accounts

You are responsible for:

• Keeping login credentials confidential
• Activity under your account
• Providing accurate business and contact information
• Complying with applicable laws when using the service (including messaging and payments)
• Obtaining valid customer consent before sending SMS, and honoring STOP / HELP requests

4. SMS Terms (Our Services Customer Notifications)

These SMS Terms apply to people who receive texts from Our Services and to businesses that use the Our Services app.

Our Services sends the SMS messages as a first-party transactional program from the Our Services app / platform. By opting in (including saying Yes to a verbal opt-in), you agree to receive texts from Our Services. By enabling SMS in the app, businesses agree that Our Services may text consented customers about appointments and related account activity scheduled in Our Services.

• Program name: Our Services Customer Notifications
• Sender: Our Services (messages begin with "Our Services:"). A message may also name the service provider on the appointment for clarity.
• Content: Appointment confirmations/reminders, arrival notifications, service updates, estimate/invoice/payment links on ourservices.net, and related follow-ups. Not affiliate marketing or third-party lead generation.
• Message frequency varies based on scheduled services and account activity.
• Message and data rates may apply.
• Reply STOP, STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, or QUIT to opt out.
• Reply START or UNSTOP to resubscribe where applicable.
• Reply HELP or INFO, or email our.services.2025@gmail.com.
• Consent to receive SMS is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.
• No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, except as necessary to provide messaging delivery (for example Twilio). We do not sell or transfer SMS consent for others to market to you.

Business obligations: Only enable texts for customers who consented to Our Services messages. Do not use the program for unlawful spam. Honor STOP / HELP.

5. Subscriptions (Owner Plans)

Business owners may choose Free, Pro, or Enterprise on the Our Services website (ourservices.net). Subscriptions are billed through Stripe on the website. The mobile app is free to download and does not sell or process plan upgrades, downgrades, or SMS packs.

• Pro: billed monthly on the website (see Plan & billing when signed in)
• Enterprise: billed monthly on the website (see Plan & billing when signed in)

Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled in the Stripe customer portal on the website. Refunds are handled under our billing practices and Stripe's policies.

6. Customer Payments (Stripe Connect)

When enabled, businesses may collect payments from their own customers via Stripe Connect. Those payments are between the business and its customers; Stripe's terms also apply. Our Services is not the merchant of record for those customer charges.

7. Acceptable Use

You may not:

• Misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, or disrupt other users
• Use the service for unlawful spam or deceptive practices
• Send SMS to numbers without valid consent
• Reverse engineer or resell the platform except as allowed by law

8. Data & Privacy

Our collection and use of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy. Account / business deletion is described at Delete account.

9. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

The service is provided "as is." To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service.

10. Termination

You may stop using the service and delete your business at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these terms or to protect the service.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the updated Terms on this page and update the "Last updated" date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
